Fermento specializes in fermented dishes and has a killer art collection! Phil's Chicken & pepper cornbread Waffles were out of this world and my pork belly Benny was delicious. The handmade smoked Bloody Marys were so tasty!

The architecture and craftmanship of the buildings of Antigua is just incredible! This is a unusually large decorated cupola (to what we recently discovered) is a semi-secret sanctuary just off the courtyard.
